Our Teaching and Learning Classroom Course, in accordance with EASA regulations, provides aspiring trainers and educators with comprehensive training in effective teaching and learning methods. Through solid theoretical foundations and practical applications, participants gain an understanding of instructional principles, curriculum design, and training delivery. This course imparts essential skills for successful educational activities in the aviation or non-aviation sector, with particular attention to EASA requirements and German Trainer Association.
TEACHING & LEARNING COURSE CONTENT

DAY 1 - LEARNING THEORY & DIDACTICS
- Basics of adult-specific learning and basics of educational psychology
- Learning paradigms, learning biographies and reflection on personal learning processes
- Human Performance and Limitations in regard to fundamentals for Learning
- Communication and Rhetoric - Basics and exercises for public speaking
- Difficult situations in everyday teaching life and the role of facilitator
DAY 2 - METHODOLOGY - TEACHING
- Effective planning and structuring of instructional units and use of instructional aids
- Presentation techniques, formats/methods, multimedia, copyright,
- Moderating structure/moderating exercises and formulating learning objectives
- Learning materials, forms, company manuals, or equivalent documents
- Simple goal verification and evaluation methods and giving and receiving feedback
- Using and Managing teaching activities, interaction and group dynamics positively
